Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, company, billing address, and any messages you send us. When you purchase a licence we also process payment details through Stripe; Woopay never stores raw card numbers.

When our WooCommerce plugin runs on your store, we receive order metadata (order ID, amount, currency, licence key, domain) required to authorise transactions. We do not collect end-customer card details — those are tokenised by PayPal / Stripe directly.

How we use your information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Woopay service
• Issue, validate and revoke licence keys
• Process payments and send receipts
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Send transactional emails and product updates you have opted into

Log files & cookies

Like most websites, Woopay uses log files and cookies to analyse trends, administer the site, and remember preferences (language, currency). No personally identifiable information is stored in these cookies.

Third parties

We rely on Stripe (payments), PayPal (gateway routing), and Supabase (database & auth). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights email support@woopay.co and we will respond within 30 days.

Children's information

Woopay is a B2B product and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
