Welcome to Woopay. These terms outline the rules and regulations for using woopay.co and the Woopay WooCommerce plugin.
By accessing this website or installing the plugin you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not continue to use Woopay.
Licence
Your Woopay licence key grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the plugin on the domains permitted by your plan. You must not:
- Republish, resell, rent or sub-license the Woopay plugin or source code
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy the plugin outside your permitted activations
- Redistribute your licence key to third parties
- Attempt to bypass licence validation or activation limits
Subscription & payments
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase provided the licence has not been activated on a live production store.
Acceptable use
Woopay is a high-risk friendly payment gateway. You are responsible for complying with card network rules, PayPal / Stripe policies, and the laws of the jurisdictions in which you sell. We reserve the right to suspend licences used for prohibited activities.
iFrames & branding
You may not create frames around our website that alter its visual presentation, nor use the Woopay logo without a written licence.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woopay excludes all warranties relating to the website and plugin. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Woopay is not liable for lost profits, chargebacks, or third-party processor decisions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of London.
Reservation of rights
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of Woopay constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
